1990 Rickenbacker John Lennon 12 String

Rickenbacker made a total of 2000 John Lennon guitars, most of which were six strings. This is number 886. This is an accurate reproduction down to the smallest detail. Rickenbacker presented John with a regular scale, 12 string version of his main guitar in 1964 and he used it on the "Day Tripper" introduction, on tour, but primarily as a song writing tool. This instrument is museum quality and comes with a hand signed certificate of authenticity that is suitable for framing. The original period correct hard case is also in excellent condition. $4500.
