1985 Alvarez Artist 5227 Rosewood Special

This quality, Korean built, dreadnaught plays fine. It is in very good condition with one finish check on the top. The fretboard is dark rosewood. This instrument is equipped with a chipboard case that is in very good condition, and a somewhat questionable guitar stand. $125!!!
