My brother Bob just gave me this book Kenny Loggins more or less dictated to Jason Turbow. It is an autographed edition, but I would really like to share it with you. It was of interest to me that Kenny wrote some of his most successful songs while still in high school. I was also very interested in reading about his long time collaboration with Jimmy Messina. I was also interested in reading about him writing "What a Fool Believes" with Michael McDonald. After a particularly challenging gig here in Maine Jimmy Messina observes, "This is a hard way to earn a million dollars!" Remember, you don't have to live here to get a free membership, or you can get it from your library using interlibrary loan. Let's all thank Bob for that!
